Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have "couchsurfed" and let others couchsurf at my place several times before, although not exactly via this website, but rather while on high school, with other institutional ways. Have hosted people from Germany (Bayern), Sweden (Götaland), US (North Carolina) and Tampico (Mexico). I have also couchsurfed in the same fashion (with friends and not with this website, though) in the US (North Carolina, Michigan, Texas), France (Paris, Hazebrouck), Norway (Oslo), Sweden (Göteborg and Lund), Germany (Köln) and Mexico (Guadalajara, León, Torreón, Tampico, Mexico City), so all in all it has been an overall really positive experience. I am currently living in Northern France teaching Spanish, although the lodging that the school has provided for me impedes me from hosting anyone. Otherwise I would gladly receive you here in Saint Pol Sur Ternoise!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was mascot for my middle and high school, then for my university, and I won first place on a mascot race one sweltering 40 degree (C) day. I am still to find out why I didn´t just die off that time. :P

What I Can Share with Hosts

I normally always bring a small surprise gift from my hometown or country when staying with someone, maybe typical candies, maybe handicrafts, maybe a souvenir. I just hope it is pleasant for them.
