About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Always keep two eyes on the prize while being three sheets to the wind

ABOUT ME

Easy-going, laid-back to the point of horizontal. Enjoy a drink, a dance (jumping up and down) and finding new people who like to talk about odd subjects and not the weather.

When I´m not jumping up and down I write plays, films, stories, to varying degrees of success (you may not have heard of me but I´m very big in Japan). Mainly because I couldn´t not do it but hopefully some day as a real job.

Big on fitness (when not travelling!), charity work, drama, journalism work when I can get it.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing you can´t do, as long as you´re not being ordered to do it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have hosted back in Ireland and spent about seven months travelling so used and abused some couches in Argentina, California and across Canada. Had absolutely amazing experiences and met great people along the way, so just looking to return the favour.

Interests

Three words for you: writing, writing, writing (that´s not three words, that´s one word three times).

Apart from that, fitness, charity and the unholy pull of a single malt whiskey.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love my box sets, so West Wing, Battlestar Galactica (oh what a Christmas that was) and Buffy are my own personal gods.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in Ethiopia for 3 years running - will head back soon.

Climbing Kilimanjaro - vomited EVERYWHERE.

Yosemite National Park - just me, some peanut butter chocolate banana sandwiches, a sleeping bag and two days of hiking. It's a Christmas miracle I wasn't eaten by a bear.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, France, Tanzania, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In
