About Me
Not a geek, I like technology but my interests rely more on the outdoors and the forests. I am currently developing a small ecotourism project in the vicinities of the amazing Pacuare River (top rafting river in Costa Rica). Love running and enjoy being active; having a couple of beers every now and then as well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to surprise my dad. It has always been his dream to learn English and he decided to take a 3-month course in Boston in the Cambridge area in Massachusets. He is 67 years old and still trying to accomplish his dreams. I admire that a lot and he has been struggling a little feeling homesick and missing Costa Rica. I would love to pay him a short surprise visit and since he will be in school during the day I would love to hang around and get to know Boston in a more relax and in a more local way for just a few days.
I am also thinking it will be an interesting idea to get more people involved in my ecotourism project and get to meet interesting folks willing to enjoy the wilderness.

Music, Movies, and Books
More into the 90s type of music, grunge, punk, ska, alternative but also love the Latin rhythms and new music groups. I do enjoy reading a lot and try to do it early in the morning because in the evening I would fall asleep and won't be able to get past a page.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Run a couple of marathons...but who hasn't...
Teach, Learn, Share
Help with some Spanish lessons, organic farming but not even 101 level, a little about Costa Rica, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Nice conversations, traveling experiences, adventures, and some sarcasm.
