I am starting my PhD in the Language & Communication Department, at Southern Denmark University. My academic interests are but an extension of my personal interests: the human mind, which seems inherently linguistic... somehow.

The latter is only a euphemism for saying that I probably do the only thing that I think I know how to do: reading & writing, sometimes speaking in public (conferences). I have had some experience teaching, and I have loved it, both in high schools and to undergrads.

To travel and staying in places where real people live. In general, I do not like the idea of staying in hotels or even bed & breakfasts...
