Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm embarking on trip to Germany, the Czech Republic, and The Netherlands for Oktoberfest 2019. I'd love to make some connections while in the States so I can have new friends to visit in the Fall.

World peace and harmony are very important me. Whenever I meet people from around the world, I feel as if I can see through their eyes (quite literally). It's an amazing feeling. At this point in my life, I feel as if I'm called to do this more than ever. Who knows? One of my next adventures could be the inspiration to my next great story. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

As a former Park Ranger/Naturalist and Historical Reenactor, I can find easily find historical landmarks, , parks and speak about them to individuals or groups. I like to call them "impromptu book reports".

I can also teach folks how to fish, canoe and kayak. Sometimes all 3 at the same time. ;)
