ABOUT ME

I am a happy guy that loves good company and nature. My personal interest in self-development has taken me to become a yoga and pilates practitioner. I also love cooking and trekking.

I am also particularly interested in education, green revolution, performing arts, movement, mime and comedy.

PHILOSOPHY

I love nature and I really believe we should find a balance with our Mother Earth. I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and now recently getting more into meditation. I feel in myself how both these practices help me to develop my own physical and mind capacities. Still a begginer...

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Cerdeña, Italy, in summer of 2011 for 10 days. Me and my girlfriend met very nice people that host us amazinly good. It was very nice visiting some villages and those lovely beaches!! the water was warm and clear!! very recomendable. Also the three couchsurfers-families we met gave us a good feeling of how warn and hospitable are the sardinian people.

Intereses

In my free time I go to my yoga and pilates classes. I also like very much going to the cinema with friends. I also try to have a walk through park once a day if possible. I particularly enjoy cooking for friends at my place and having a good conversation.
