ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old firefighter/rescue technician. I'm slowly but surely trying to make my way around this big blue marble. I hit a few countries last year and had the time of my life. Next stop, Europe!

UPDATE 2015: I've spent the two summers backpacking around Europe and I'm getting ready to do it again this year. Oh boy, it's been a wild ride.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The concept of this website was immediately appealing to me, but the inherent shadiness of random strangers sleeping on my sofa was a bit unnerving.

I know that I am NOT a serial killer, but no one else knows that for sure. You know that you are not a serial killer (hopefully) but I don't know that for sure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just hosted my first surfer (25/4/13- 26/4/13.) I had a blast!

I'm a major adrenaline junkie (one of the reasons I love my job.) I love live rock music (of any sub-genre,) natural beauty, architecture, art, and a good pub.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a spur-of-the-moment trip to Machu Picchu while in Peru. It was the unexpected journey of a lifetime.
