Gezellig! A word in Dutch which is not quite translateble in other languages, it is something between, nice/cosy/happy/friendly/warm etc.

PHILOSOPHY

Just focus yourself on the things you can change and not on the things where you don't have any influence.

Yes people it is quite clear but sometimes quite difficult to follow this rule. Sometimes we even don't know why we are frustrated, but actually this frustrations come from the fact that we are thinking of something on which we can solve.

* there is no need to get frustrated about a long queue
* get some sleep, don't mock around when you're tired
* only pickup the phone if you want to

and most of all:
* you can't change people

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stood at the Thingviller platform in Iceland. This is where the European tektonic plate meets the American tektonic plate. It was so quiet that for instance you would hear a drop falling down, eventhough that this would be on the otherside of the platform
