ABOUT ME

I am currently living in the cultural hub of Melbourne, Australia. Its full of creative types doing heaps of weird, wacky and marvellous things. I am in the art scene there and intend to be there for a while yet... in between traveling across the globe and road-tripping to music festivals around Australia.

I am completely in love with road-trips and all of the beautiful people you meet on them. I have never couch surfed or hosted through this site but my house in Melbourne constantly has one or two guests staying on my couches, partying with me and my crew and getting to see all the little hidy holes that most tourists would miss out on.

I am a big believer in the idea of 'paying it forward', basically if I have something to share I would love nothing more than to share it with you.

I guess that's all... I paint, alot, I love music, walking with my Ipod, driving into new places and conquering old fears. And I'm a scorpio, just in case thats important to you.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything I have is for me to give and I give it freely without any expectations, because we are all here to enjoy it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well now that I am a official member I will be able to participate through more than word of mouth in Melbourne... I will be crowned the hostess with mostess before this year is out, maybe 2011..
And of course whilst I am travelling around America I will be smashing as many couches as possible!! (smashing in a good way)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the standard surfing experience where you get drunk and pass out at a strangers home and then quietly slink out the door and try to work out where you are.. Up to the deluxe surfing experience a few weeks ago when my van got broken into in San Francisco and a beautiful group of people took me up to their lake house for the night which was magic!

I am usually the host though, which is probably my favourite. I love seeing people fall in love with my town.
