Recently graduated with my Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas. My partner and I are currently on a year(ish) long adventure traveling and working through Central and South America!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard from many people that the Couchsurfing community is great. I figured I'd check it out while on my journey abroad!

Interests

In my free time, I prefer to be outdoors- whether it's hiking, biking, camping, swimming, reading in a hammock, or having a beer on a patio. I also enjoy meditating, journaling, and practicing yoga (at a pretty novice level, ha!)

I am TEFL certified and taught English as a foreign language in Thailand for several months. I am also a mental health clinician and love to spread my knowledge to positively impact the way others experience life. I also love learning new things!
