House next to the river, in gardens of Cherries and Walnuts, in Tehran mountains close to waterfalls off-roads and David Shrine in top highest shrines in Iran.
You have to use stairs to get to the house equal to about 4 floors.
I live alone and first floor(living room) almost all to yourself, a private master bedroom, with balcony and Korsi(Persian heated bed for the night, yes it gets a bit cold in nights in hot summer days).
