I'm a Bahraini born Iranian living in Dubai. I've been living and working in Dubai for almost 11 years. I work as a videgrapher, writer, producer and assistant director at a boutique production house.

My motto is food. Cooking it and eating it. Eating really. Just feed me.

I'm an avid traveller and have exploited my geographic location since I'm given cheap and easy access to the East, West, North and South West.

I'm a creative writer and a private photographer. Have recently purchased my own home which I'm slowly turning into a place I'd like to escape to when the chaos becomes overwhelming.

My favorite weekend pass times include Tequila, Absinthe and pub crawling followed by mornings in the kitchen and reading Neil Gaiman novels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy the company of wandering strangers. When I'm not traveling and learning of other cultures, I've come to realize that couch surfing gives me the opportunity of hosting a traveller and learning of their ways. I like listening to stories and sharing a good meal. I suppose I just like meeting people, and couch surfing gives me the opportunity to do so and vice versa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm part of team that work through a program called Reel Help. We provide our services to NPO's and NGO's looking to enhance their presence and to give them content that could help them receive the funding they require. We have so far contributed to Schools with Special Needs, created awareness for autistic adults, helped disfigured war children receive the attention and treatment they desperately need to name a few.
