Overview
About Me
Transplant to the PNW from Southern California. Despite the beautiful weather, I’m not really a California person. Hoping to make the PNW/Caucasia my new home, and meet some genuine people to help make that so.
I’ve been blessed to travel quite a bit, so let’s swap some travel stories over some beers! Or just normal stories, I love getting to know people!
Starting school this Fall at the University of Washington in Community, Environment, and Planning. Wanting to design cities for people instead of giant motorized metal boxes.
New to CS but I have known about it for a while. My roommate reinspired me to join as he has hosted and gone to CS events locally in the past. I unfortunately am not able to host at the moment, however if you are in town and looking for someone to hang out with, or you live here and want someone to adventure with (or you’re just tryna make a friend), I’d love to hear from you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make friends and get to know this beautiful new place I call home.
Would also love to meet more people from abroad if you are visiting!
Some of my favorite experiences while traveling have been turning strangers into friends! Hoping to experience that on here

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite artist is Bon Iver, however I am a fan of all kinds of music, especially music that feeds the soul. Artist that you probably haven’t heard of that you should definitely check out is Foy Vance. Middle aged Irish bloke with a sick stache singing Americana
Favorite movie is Man from Earth. A simple movie executed very well
Favorite book is Last Child in the Woods. Also the Kingkiller series.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent several months living in Japan cause I was feeling a bit lost. Spent two of those months on an island 600 miles SE of Tokyo, only accessible by a ferry that takes 24 hours and leaves Tokyo once a week. One of my favorite places in the world. (wish I had known about Couchsurfing back then though)
Teach, Learn, Share
Not sure if I have any practical skills to teach, but I’d love to learn if you have any!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great conversations, hopes for the future, and hopefully a lasting friendship
