ABOUT ME

I'm Julia and I grew up in Bavaria, Germany. After my studies I traveld through France and Spain and lived on the Canary Islands for 3 years. In 2013 I came back to Germany and since then I'm living in Munich. After work I like to spend time with friends e.g. go out with them for a drink or we're cooking together. On the weekends I like to spend time in nature, so I often go hiking or cycling in the mountains nearby.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first couchsurf experience was in France and it was great. After a short time I felt integrated into the family. After that I hosted a few people when I still lived on Tenerife.

Interests

- I'm interessted in learning new languages or improve my english and spanish
- I like doing sports, especially for improving my strength. That's why I'm making a fitness trainer license
- and of course I love to travel to see new places

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies I like a lot are: "Across the universe", "Amelie from Montmartre", "L'Auberge Espagnole", "Into the wild"....
The books I read more than one time without getting bored are: "Siddharta" from Herman Hesse and "The Alchemist" from Paulo Coelho.
I often listen (to): House and Electro but also Rocksongs.....it depends on my mood

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling for 8 months through France and Spain by foot, by train and by bike. The nature was impressive and I learned a lot about myself, other cultures and languages.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like cooking so I could teach you how to cook... for example vegetarian food, indian or thai food...
