About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Dame la mano y vamos a darle la vuelta al mundo!

ABOUT ME

I just graduated with my undergraduate degree this May and now I am ready to see the world!!!! I am in Galicia, Spain and I hope to see the rest of Europe/Middle East during this time. (Hopefully I will also be able to host people!) I spent two semesters abroad in Spain and Morocco. I feel like anything can be fun with the right people, so I am open to whatever events that may cross my path :-)

PHILOSOPHY

Amor cuerdo, no es amor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I don't have a place to host anyone, but this doesn't mean I will not soon!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a new couch surfer, but please don't reject me!!!

Interests

I love to travel and learn languages. I also really like animals, and I like to pet any puppy that crosses my path. I seem to find myself in really strange situations frequently, and although it can sometimes be tiring, I suppose it makes my life interesting overall. Right now I am an English teacher in Pontevedra. I have varied interests. . . whatever goes!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies!!! Some of my favorites are: A Prophet, Inglorious Basterds, Paradise Now, Pan's Labyrinth, Pride & Prejudice, Y tu mama también, Happenstance, The Spanish Apartment.

Music: RIHANNA. Calle 13. Lenny Kravitz. BB Brunes. Maná. Shakira. Amr Diab. The Kooks. Cheb Khaled. Juanes.

Books: I Am Charlotte Simmons. The Little Prince. The Yacoubian Building. Others I can't think of.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have had the opportunity to see so many awesome things, but I think the highlight of all my traveling experiences was going to Cuba and the initial ride down the main streets of La Habana and seeing all the revolutionary propaganda from so many years ago, and feeling like I was in a time capsule. I have always wanted to go to Cuba and never thought I would be able to as a U.S. citizen, which made it so amazing!!!!

Countries I’ve Visited

Cuba, Egypt, France, Ireland, Morocco, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
