I can go on forever (really) but as for books: Thus Spoke Zarathustra, Khaled Hosseini's novels, Virginia Woolf's writings, The Little Prince, The Apology, Cloud Atlas, The poems of Richard Siken, the poems of Mahmoud Darwish. Some of my favourite movies: The Hours, Babel, Biutiful, Hala'a La Wein?, and Mysterious Skin. I love listening to Philip Glass, Michael Nyman, Clint Mansell, Coldplay, Florence and the Machines, Ellie Goulding, Birdy, Bon Iver, Lisa Gerrard and Fairouz.
