About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Transcend the bullshit.

ABOUT ME

I like to think that I am one of the funnest/funniest people you'll meet! But you'll just have to find out. I love to have a good time and I'll try anything twice. I am still a student so I always look for the good deals, but am not cheap by any means, I can just say that when I live somewhere I know where to get the best things for the cheapest. I am a bartender and thus am very into good food and drinks. I love to travel and can't stand staying in one place for too long. I teach English every summer in an indigenous village in Chiapas, Mexico, my favorite place. I love to dance, sing, laugh, cook, and be in nature, especially on the beach :)

PHILOSOPHY

Transcend the bullshit

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to be able to meet new people everywhere. When I go back home to Seattle (August 2012!!), I have so much more to learn so I can give back equally to the people passing through, as my hosts have shared their cities with me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have couchsurfed now all over Spain and met multiple couchsurfers travelling also! I LOOOOVE IT! It's really a beautiful thing to share with people while travelling, learning, understanding, and growing together. Each time you leave wanting to know and share more about your own city.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak Spanish, and English for that matter, even though I take it for granted sometimes. I have learned that true leadership is using your position of power, however small it is, in a positive way. I try to live up to this, knowing that even though I am a student, and young woman, I have learned that I am lucky to be a woman in the United States and have the opportunity to travel and learn as much as I have.
I can also make yummy drinks and food!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
