Hey peeps, just a regular guy here who likes to give a hand to his fellows and have some good time. At the moment I`m finishing my studies in Sociology of Culture, just started teacher training in Siyli leadership program, which combines meditation, emotional intelligence and neuroscience. In the meantime I run a small publishing house, where I`m currently working on Sri Aurobindo`s works. I also enjoy playing soccer and basically physical activities in general, walks and talks, music and concerts, where I would be happy to take you. Besides that my day starts and ends with a meditation session, so if you`re into that we could share that as well.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Music is such a wide range that its always hard to pick out a favourite.. Basically it has to have some something that moves me and gives me some life, has a stirring and awakening effect. Although Im quite picky I listen pretty much everything from old school stuff to jazz and classical music, from folk to world and I deeply enjoy discovering new stuff which moves me one way or another.

When it comes to movies, it`s quite the same as with the music, it has to have some nutritions. But when it comes to books, no one beats Leo Tolstoy. Mostly I covered classical authors till this point, so a swim into a modern era of novelists is still something which I have to undertake. Also literature on philosophy, traditional spiritual teachings and so on is something which deepens my life on a daily basis.
