Overview
About Me
Ever since I was a child I have always loved learning new things, exploring new places, and I am absolutely fascinated by nature (including humans!). So no surprise that I am a researcher now, and that I really love my work.
I am quiet, contemplative, and I don't really like to be at the centre of attention :) I prefer listening before talking, but can be very impulsive and irrational at times (yes this is a warning!). I am easygoing and open-minded and really enjoy the company of people who don't take themselves too seriously.
I love playing sports, hiking, cycling, but I can be very lazy too (whole weekends reading books or watching movies on the couch, yes please!).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have recently discovered couchsurfing thanks to my sister and my friends. So far I have mainly travelled in relation to my professional experiences. For the first time I am about to leave for a long journey to Argentina, with the only aim to discover the country and the people. So I thought couchsurfing could be the perfect way to start the adventure!
After my trip to Argentina I will move from France to the UK, where I will start to be a couchsurfing host.

Teach, Learn, Share
"There was only one variable that separated the people who have a strong sense of love and belonging and the people who really struggle for it. [...] the people who have a strong sense of love and belonging believe they're worthy of love and belonging. That's it. They believe they're worthy. [...] What do these people have in common? [...] What they had in common was a sense of courage. [...] the courage to be imperfect [...] The other thing that they had in common was this: They fully embraced vulnerability. They believed that what made them vulnerable made them beautiful."

What I Can Share with Hosts
I really love to share stories about travels, adventures, life ! And like to understand the similarities and differences between countries, languages, traditional food. I find it really interesting to discover what locals think of their country, what they love and do not love, what are the things that they suggest others to discover. I will be very happy and grateful if you find the time to show me personally the places and events that you really like in your hometown, but I can also be very indipendent if you are busy :) I will certainly like to share meals with you, I love cooking and will do my best to make you taste some italian and french food. If you have pets, I will be happy to look after them if needed.
