I am an Exchange Student from England looking to travel around the U.S. & Canada with one of my other international friends I have made over here once we've completed our final semester at the University of Kansas.
Once I've finished my degree in England I am hoping to take a Gap year and travel around the world before I settle down with a real job.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoy travelling, making new friends from all over the world and experiencing new cultures authentically, not through a tour guide book or a hotel.

Interests

I enjoy pretty much ALL outdoor activities, I love to read, run, travel, do yoga, go on long walks, swim, cycle, go the the theatre, have fun, explore, try new food and meet new people and experience new places.
I LOVE the beach and good weather (a rarity in England that I've fallen in love with whilst being stateside)

Music, Movies, and Books

I study literature for my degree so I enjoy most classics. Particularly anything Jane Austen. Other authors I love include Thomas Hardy, Fitzgerald, Capote, Hemingway, Hurston, Langston Hughes, all of the Bronte sisters, David Nicholls, Alice Walker, Sylvia Plath, Shakespeare, Wilde, Perkins Gilman, Blake, Wordsworth, Pope, Woolf, Shelley, Harper Lee and of course J. K. Rowling.
I like pretty much any music so long as it doesn't feature heavy screaming (my brother's favourite)
