I'm au pair in Auckland. I'm traveling around NZ during weekends and school holidays. That's why I can't accept guests for the moment.
By doing couch surfing, I want to meet people and discover different ways of life.
I have already visited lots of country but New-Zealand is my first travel by myself. For the moment, I really enjoy my trips and meet lots of lovely people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on couchsurfing because I think it’s the best way for travelling, meeting people and sharing experiences. By staying with someone who knows the place, you can discover some unknown spots and local specialties you never knew by following touristic books!

Interests

I’m passionate by art crafts. Making something by your own is very exciting for me. I make jewelry, I refurbish old furniture. I love all creative activities and art.
Obviously, I love travelling, discovering new cultures, and meeting people! I got this from my parents and, now, I carry on by travelling by myself. I left France in September 2014, and I don’t know yet when I’ll come back. In August, I plan to go to the Pacific Islands, and in September, I’ll go to Argentina.
I like laughing and talking! For me, the hardest things by travelling alone, is I can’t share and joke every day…

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, especially French bands. I went in lots of festivals in France. I like most of kind of music (old songs and recent, commercial and unknown). The music I listen depends of my mood …

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lots of stories about my trips… One of my best memories happened in Ethiopia. We were there during December and we spent a night in a tent with a local tribe. The next day, it was my birthday. In the morning, I was woke up by the tribe’s king singing Happy Birthday … in French!
