I am an architecture student living in Bordeaux. I speak fairly fluent English and I am learning German. I'm currently on a gap year (well actually the second), during which I'm going to start an internship in Germany, before, I hope, travelling!

I like a lot of things, like literature (I love science fiction), cinema, art, architecture, philosophy, animation, comics, etc. I'm quite shy and introverted, but I can be very talkative on these subjects once I'm comfortable !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I find the concept really cool. Thanks to my parents and school I got the chance to travel a lot, I've slept in hotels, and various places, but the best trips I've ever done, by far, were when I slept over at the locals'!
I started couch surfing in 2017 with two friends in Italy and it was incredible, we met amazing people and we were able to discover things we couldn't have done on our own. We did it again in Turkey, in France, and for my first solo trip to Vietnam.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's very difficult to choose, I don't have a favourite book, so I'm going to name a few that have definitely changed me : Hyperion, We have always lived in the castle, Poetic of space, The lord of flies, Brave new world, Earth is room enough, Les fleurs du mal, Dune, Do androids dream of electric sheep ?, and so many others...

I also enjoy cinema a lot, like sharp objects, the guilty, room, shoplifters, isle of dogs, what we do in the shadows, swiss army man, only lovers left alive, coherence etc.

I kinda feel like my life purpose is to watch as many films and read as many books as possible !
