I am an easy going person and enjoy the outdoors a great deal; walking, hiking, bushcraft activities and wild swimming.
I have recently picked up the banjo and I'm trying to learn clawhammer style (I am not naturally musical but I love it!)

I am a self employed mature student; I upcycle clothing and buy and sell things I find.

I am also interested in mythology and stories, gardening, woodwork and a million other things.

I love sharing stories, experiences and skills.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've lived communally for most of my life so sharing spaces with people is not out of the ordinary for me.
I'm quite new to the coachsurfing website but I spent a lot of time hitchhiking around and visiting shared houses/communal spaces.

Travelling to Crete on the 19th of June with my partner and looking to meet people with local insight and knowledge. We will be travelling my foot. Morocco/Marrakech 11th-19th.

If there are any hosts in the area that would be interested in helping us learn a little that would be brilliant.

Teach, Learn, Share

Language exchanges are appreciated greatly. I know a little bit about a lot. I have a strong interest in wild foods and herbal medicine. I can't play the banjo very well but I do know a lot of the words to Irish folk songs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love working in the garden and getting my hands dirty. Learning new skills and sharing the little things I've picked up along the way. I know a little bit about a lot. I like to cook and happy to do the washing up too! I'm adequate at woodwork and can build you a decent shelf if needed.
