Music, Movies, and Books

To be honest I dislike this question because my favourites are always changing, but I do have some answers prepared for when this question comes up. Movies: parent trap (because lovey nostalgic memories from being a kid) and Truman show (because we studied it in year 11 philosophy and the conversations that proceeded really blew my mind)
Music: favourites right now include Sufjan Stevens, First Aid Kit, Sorcha Richardson, Cranberries and Camp Cope!
All time favourite book is Alice in wonderland, but right now I am reading The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Alvin and 100 Nasty Woman of History by Hannah Jewell

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This ‘thing’ is constantly changing, but right now it is deciding to study over seas in the Netherlands. A challenging and immensely rewarding experience. I love the open, accepting, liberal culture of Amsterdam, I absolutely adore all the people I’ve met (and meeting) and also being confronted with new experiences everyday, it’s refreshing and never gets boring! As cliche as it is I have grown and learnt so much about myself here, which I’d say feels pretty amazing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my love for cooking and good food. I’m still learning how to cook but I’m very happy to cook for hosts, share recipes and ideas. I can share my growing knowledge of gender study theories or in general conversations about the world. I am an open person who is very willing to learn. I learn best from open, free dialogue between people and would love to share that with hosts. I’m a good guest! I am respectful, clean and well mannered! :)
