I finally have time to travel after what felt like a thousand years of uni! This past year I have taught high school/secondary school and I loved it. Turns out teenagers are a lot more fun (sometimes just funny😅) than we give them credit for
I love exploring new places and especially just walking about and taking in the environment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I think it seems like a really good way to meet locals and get properly introduced to new places. I’m looking for everything from a sofa I can crash on to potential new friends!😄

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to most kinds of music - especially if it’s live. I love experimental stuff although I won’t claim to always understand it. Favorite books are the Harry Potter series (#sorrynotsorry) and Nabokov’s Lolita for its beautiful and unsettling writing. As for movies, I have a bunch of favorites for different reasons: Forrest Gump, Django Unchained, Casablanca, Cabaret, Sharknado, Lion King, Dr Strangelove, and the Asterix cartoons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volcano sledding in Nicaragua. You would believe the amount of volcanic sand a normal sized shoe can take in!
