About Me
I rushed through the education phase of life, partly to get it over with, and started working directly after. So many things I've always planned but never started. This time it's on. Going big!
Starting next october I'll leave everything behind. Hong kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, New Zealand and more.
I'll be happy to meet new authentic people along the way, so let me know if you have a little corner for my sleeping bag or good tips on sites, food or jobs I should check out :)
In the meantime, anyone coming to Versailles is welcome on my couch!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just love anything that can break my routine and welcoming others or visiting someone's home always feels so rich :)
Interests
Really depends on my mood, but I am always interested in historical and cultural stories, music gatherings and above anything FOOD (cooking as much as eating)!
- dining
- cooking
- traveling
- socializing
- music
Music, Movies, and Books
I couldn't make up my mind until now. Ask me again in 60 years :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decided to go visit a village outside of Shanghai. Got tips from a local, got a local (crowded) bus and ended up 5 km away from my destination because the bus didn't stop there due to traffic. When I finally made it, I got to visit a little chinese venice under the sun.
Not a single westerner in sight, and such a nice place. Exactly the immersion I was hoping for.
Teach, Learn, Share
Baking crepes in all situations is my life's mission.
I have a lot of other talents, but I'm also really curious about yours :)
