About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Sprouting about.....living and learning :)

ABOUT ME

I am in the process of connecting with a gorgeous piece of land in North Wales, settling down a bit after 10 chaotic years in the Middle East working in the sustainable farming sector. Now my days are spent rearing cabbages and potatoes, and trying to build up a lovely community food initiative. I'm all about permaculture and sustainable land management practices - and eating amazing food. I own more potatoes than the average citizen!

PHILOSOPHY

Be the change you want to see in the world

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For 4 years I was running a big volunteer project in Bethlehem with some friends. We hosted more than 100 couchsurfers there, and they made an amazing contribution to launching our project. Now I have another farm, I'm hoping to be able to bring people in in the same way, share interests and information, do a bit of light weeding, talk a lot and eat a lot. If people are up for giving me a hand on the farm so I can finish my work, I should be able to take them out hiking to see the nice mountains and lakes!
