ABOUT ME

I am 21, living in a beautiful town in northwest US. I work at a toy store and nanny for two awesome girls. My main loves in life right now are food, coffee, hot baths, nature, crafts, and craft beer. I like going out, but am just as happy staying in and having a twin peaks marathon. I love being outside, far enough away from town that it is silent. Most importantly, I absolutely love goats and everything goat-related!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to soon be in a place in my life where I can host couchsurfers, but I currently living a basement of a family I nanny for, and therefore is not possible at the moment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed a bit in India, but that is the extent of my experiences there. Even the few times I couchsurfed I got to crash a Sikh wedding and spend Christmas on a tiger reserve. It was awesome!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch too many movies but dedicate most of my TV watching time lately to Arrested Development and 30 Rock. Really love Kurt Vonnegut and recently Sherman Alexie. I defintely spend far more time listening to music, notably Avett Brothers, Eminem, Beach House, lots of others. More hooked to technology than I would like to be.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to spend a summer waking up each morning, filling up my cup of coffee, than squeezing a squirt of milk straight from a goat into my cup. I can't imagine a better way to spend my mornings, sitting on the milk stand, drinking my coffee, looking at the mountains.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to knit! And any other sort of summer camp craft. I want to learn how to spin yarn and how to throw pottery and how to juggle. I also am really interested in cheese making.
