ABOUT ME

I'm 20 years old, I love sports, learning new things, travelling and discovering all the wonders the world hides: places, cultures, lifestyles, people..I spent fall 2011 in Canada, in Ottawa as exchange student and I guess it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
In August 2012 I started a 3-months Internship at the German Olympic Academy in Frankfurt, which gave me more than a lot of insights about the working environment I am interested in!
After that, I had 5 busy months working for the Organizing Committee of the Nordic World Ski Championships 2013, in Val di Fiemme, my hometown. We can talk about those emotions face to face maybe ;)

All in all, I am a really cheerful person, I like being happy smiling and enjoying life as much as I can.

PHILOSOPHY

Well, is not always easy to write down one's own personal phylosophy. Ther's a song from Lorenzo Jovanotti (an italian singer-songwriter) summarizing quite well mine, the title is "La Bella Vita".
Life is beautiful, don't waste it.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Both surfing and hosting. However, since I am student and I am not always at my place it would be difficult for me to host. Anyway if somebody is really interested we can figure something out!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some experiences of surfing during my stay in Canada and it was just awesome! It's hard to say which experience I enjoyed most because each one brought me something I could never had in any other way. Is a mutual teaching and learning. And even more exciting is when you make your hosters discover new things about the city/town they live... ahah!! Crazy!!

Intereses

Sports: running, swimming, hiking, cycling, I would also like to try some canoeing, but most of all I love Cross-Country Skiing.
Interested in sport events and, more generally, I like reading books, cooking (seems like I am quite good at it, so make the most of it!!) and eating as well.

Music: almost every kind of music.

Books: too many... I have to think about it carefully!!

Movies: Pearl Harbor / Moulin Rouge / L'Attimo Fuggente / Braveheart / No Strings Attached / ... and many others!

Algo increíble que he hecho

DONE: Taking part at the second longest Cross-Country Skiing competition in the world: the Marcialonga (70 Km); deciding to go to Canada for few months... I think that's the way everything started in my life!
