ABOUT ME

uhm..hard to describe me.. I'm quite self-confident person,positive and I love to laugh. I'm very very curious about everything so I really like knowing new people and learn from them different way of life and culture (meaning that I usually ask a lot of questions! ;)). I'm afraid of chickens, hens and others big birds. I badly envy people that can play instruments and I sing all day long also if i don't know the lyrics. I love photography, drawing, cooking and talking! I usually spend my day dreaming about all the things I would like to do , and the list become longer and longer. I have always one project to reach and when I get it, for sure I will have something else going on my mind!

PHILOSOPHY

all in all i'm a positive person! sometimes i get depressed but it's only for a while and then i smile again!!
Books, travels, friends, food and family are my receipe for happiness!
On the other hand I loooove to complain about all the little misadventure, I think that a good amount of complaints could be liberating! :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I partecipate with my sofa!!and i promise i'll try to increase the members of CS!

Also don't get frustrated if I don't answer to your request. I'm either very busy or your request sucks! :P I started to Couchsurf many years ago and since in the last years CS is turning into a free hostel/dating website, I'm getting a little bit selective about the people I accept! I enjoy the CS spirit, the real and pure one and I'm still here because I'm sure that there are still free and kind souls out there that share the same idea about CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

so far i hosted Jon and Mat and Ronni, all of them were great!! and i see for a beer Zane and Daniela in Riga.
Then I hosted in Ravenna with my housemate: Pia from Germany, Amina and her two lovely friend from Poland, Amauri from Brazil/Ireland.
I couchsurfed recently in Oslo with Hilah wich was an insipiration for me and then Stephen and Geir.
To see the last experience you have to look at Ali and Beta profile among my friends because is the profile I share with my housemate in Ravenna. After the Ravenna, when I was in England, I've been mostly couchsurfing or participate in meetings as I wasn't able to host! During the last year in Portugal my life got a bit crazy and I didn't have time to CS at all! It's time to get back on track!!

about movies i'm a little bit loony because it really depends on my mood but what i actually don't like are the horror movie and the ones with too long battle. Usually i saw a movie just to enjoy the time so i choose funny comedy. I love Amelie, Chocolat, the Green mile, Mary poppins, Happy go Lucky, An american in Paris, Funny face, Harry Potter, Casablanca, the cider house roule, scent of a woman, memoir of a geisha, the goonies, little women, the pianist, schindler list, shreck, madagascar, ice age, the italian job, thelma and louise, forest gump,Little Miss Sunshine, 500 days of summer, girl with a pearl earring, Juno, Little Miss Sunshine andanything coming from the genius of Wes Anderson so on.. anyway.. I don't know why but i always always forget the end of the movies, so i can watch it again and again and i will be always surprised! XD
books..well i love reading, it's one of my passion so i can just list some name but i'm usually interested in everything..

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

*during my first exavation i dug in a celtic cemetery.. it was my first grave and suddenly come out from the soil a bronze ring.. i couldn't resist and i tried the ring.. i put a 2200 yers old ring in my finger and it was perfect... such an emotion...
* i surfed a huge banana air-bed dragged by a motorboat in Greece.. you have to do it!
* two month in india..something that touch me as nothing ever done before
* talking with a Friend under the stars and then see the sunrise
* i was in Lithuania and for the first time in my life i saw TWO rainbows IN FULL..it was amazing..they were two, one above the other, so bright that seemed i could touch it..unbelievable
* wake up in the morning and be happy
*saw the sunset through the ruins of Apollo's temple in Naxos
