I would describe myself as an open minded and funny person. My friends would also describe me as a bit clumpsy and sometimes chaotic. This has lead to quite a few funny stories in the past, which I am happy to share! :) I can be a serious person, but most of the times I am laughing a lot, especially about myself :)

I really enjoy just sitting together and share stories, talk about fun stuff as well as worldly topics. I also like sports and discovering new and exciting places :)

During my semester studying abroad in Malaysia I met Ben, we are travelling together at the moment. He is from Australia and a crazy and fun guy. So if you are interested in slacklining or scuba diving, he is the right person to talk to. But be careful if the "nudibranch" conversation starts, then it might take hours until he stops talking about his favourite creatures of the sea :) (they are quite cool though)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an awesome way of meeting new people, maybe getting new friends and discovering the world together instead of alone :)

Interests

ALICE: One of my biggest passions is travelling, so whenever I have saved up enough money I try to see a bit more of this big and awesome world we are living in ;)

During my travels in South East Asia I discovered my passion for diving. Its just a different, but amazingly beautiful world down there!

I also like doing sports, I play handball. I also like playing squash or just sit in the park and slackline.

I also love reading, listening to music, travel, nature, good food (especially cheese and chocolate ), good conversations.

BEN: As already mentioned Ben is from Australia. He only speaks englisch but since he is visiting me in Germany he is learning german, so he can say some words :-P

Ben has maaany different interests, from rock climbing to mountain biking, squash, playing the guitar, slacklining and probably his biggest passion: scuba diving! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a skydive when I was 16.
Did a 134m bungee jump in New Zealand.
Drove the scooter around in Malaysia ( which can get very adventiorous)
The feeling of entering a plane to a new travel destination :-)
I saw a shark while snorkeling ( only a small one and I got told it wasnt dangerous, but I thought it was still scary ;D )

Teach, Learn, Share

Travel stories, Ben loves to play the guitar and teach anyone who is interested some chords. Also he has a big hard drive with many movies on it :)
