Overview
About Me
I'm a twenty two year old student studying languages and I'm going to graduate 2019.
Travelling and learning languages has always been important to me and I've been lucky enough to meet some amazing people along the way and I don't want to stop there :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Although my poor mother would probably faint at the idea of finding strangers on the internet and staying in their home, I think it's a unique and authentic way of traveling and getting to know a city/country. It's a cool opportunity to met new people from all different walks of life, share stories, and make new friendships.
Now that I'm home and have plenty of space to spare, I'd like to share my home with other travelers and make everyday life here a little more interesting :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I generally like a wide range of music, you could probably find me quietly listening to a piano piece one minute and then tearfully screaming the lyrics to Toto's 'Africa' the next. I really like Irish trad music as well, and I'm open to hearing new music and genres.
As for books and movies, I grew up with Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. I usually favour fiction/fantasy/thriller.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I really love my country and while the cuisine isn't the most exciting and 95% of it involves potatoes, I'd love to share the culture, language, and music over a bottle of wine. And maybe a nice baked spud on the side.
