ABOUT ME
I'm a Brazilian girl, interested on knowing another countries and cultures, meeting new friends. I love hanging out with my friends, music, good food, movies and good books. Just having a nice conversation over a cup of coffee makes my day.
I'm a graphic designer and love my job (love to make books just as much as I love to read them)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is better when enjoyed together and a world without differences would be a really boring place to live

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies
I like different kinds of movies. Love European and Latin movies, such as "Un cuento chino" and "Rosso come il cielo", but I also like mystery/thriller (Shutter Island, The woman in black, El laberinto del fauno and El orfanato) and comedy (The Grand Budapest Hotel, Burn After Reading and Snatch). Loved the trilogy "Before Sunrise", "Before Sunset" and "Before Midnight".
Books
I really enjoy reading. Anything from Neil Gaiman, especially "Anansi boys", a lot of Stephen King ("Different Seasons" is one of the bests) and mysteries (read Agatha Christie all though high school). I'm interesting in finding new authors and books from other countries (I had a good experience reading "Pays Sans Chapeau", from the Haitian Dany Laferrière). Between my favorites: The Casual Vacancy (JK Rowling), Neverwhere (Neil Gaiman) and The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon (S. King)
Music
Usually I like different kinds of music, like pop. I recently came to know Nina Simone's music, and I'm really enjoying it – love her voice, she was a great pianist, and the lyrics on "Mississippi Goddam" are genius. In this moment, two of my favorites are "Hey Brother" (Avicii) and "Rather Be" (Clean Bandit), but the best song in the world it's still "Sitya Loss" (Eddy Kenzo). I can't hear that without a smile.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach about Brazilian culture, Portuguese, and would like to learn more about your country, culture and countries that you went to
