CURRENT MISSION
I'm making a gallery race in Germany and Switzerland
ABOUT ME
I successfully stood in, on top, beside and with many places and objects.
PHILOSOPHY
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to host people every now and then (in spite the lack of a couch. My flatmate and I travel a lot, which enables us to provide a proper bed - if we're both there, some shifting is required).
And I surf, occasionnally.
This is just the best way to brake up social boundaries.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I opened my door to a crowd of people, the vast majority of which were great to have.
Together with my friend and flatmate I traveled to Scotland and London, only with a light decline of organization and a masochistic tendency to add books and lovely stones to my baggage, met only benign, thoughtful generous people on the way.
Interests
Painting (mainly classical modern british and american). Drawing and graphics. Satire, comedy, cartoons and the people who make them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like almost anything by David Lynch. And I need to catch up on the Charlie Kaufman movies, as well as horror movies, though I would withdraw from splatter. But I might be convinced otherwise.
Music: Händel. Tom Lehrer. Dave Brubeck and James P. Johnson. McCoy Tyner.
I'm a bit of a volatile reader - I like Paul Auster, V. Nabokov as well as
philosophical miscellanies.
British comedy helps me to keep on keeping on (French and Saunders, Mitchell and Webb, Monty Python. English humor is a very abundant topic.)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm able to play the occarina on my bare hands, a very special gift that I would gladly pass on to others.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I know a recipe for very satisfying swedish cinnamon buns, that would really make up for the washing up.
