About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To welcome fellow travellers to my home.

ABOUT ME

Having travelled to a few countries, I see myself as a citizen of the world. The trips I enjoyed the most were those where I spent time living or associating with local people instead of staying in 'all inclusive' hotels or resorts.

PHILOSOPHY

Ah, I have a live and let live attitude and I believe in putting my values and beliefs into action. I love animals and therefore I do not eat meat.

I am an author and I travel a lot with my job.

Music, Movies, and Books

Independant films and documentaries are much more interesting than the typical Hollywood movie.

I am a two fisted reader with at least two or more books on the go at the same time. I read on a variety of subjects from fiction to biographies. Generally, science fiction does not interest me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of th emost amazing things I have done is complete the ancient pilgrimage across Spain: el Camino de Santiago de Compostela. It was about 780 km trip with a 30 pound knapsack. I walked every day but two in pain as I had blisters on top of blisters! Still, the Camino is with me forever as I think of that pilgrimage every day!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people how to write an article about any subject!

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, India, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Portugal, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam
