ABOUT ME

I am an undergraduate student in East Asian Studies in Montreal, Quebec. I don't know for sure where that will take me, but, for now, I'm thinking about continuing my studies in international development, in international communication, in international journalism, or in anything that starts with "international".

I am a culture lover, though I admit having a thing for Asia, its diversity and its beauty. I'm open minded; I like trying things I've never done and going places I've never been.

I'm somewhere in between chatty and calm. I'm really easy to live with and I easily get along with anyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have a lot of experience with couchsurfing yet, but i'm planning to host and to surf all of your couches (please say yes).
I hosted once with my sister Charlotte and I really liked it!

Movies: "Lord of the Rings", foreign movies, Ghibli movies, most Walt Disney movies (the child in me likes them a whole lot)
Music: Benjamin Clementine, Mashrou' Leila, Sigur Ros, Klo Pelgag, Mother Mother, Radiohead, Of monsters and men, Estas Tonne, etc.
Books: I'm a Japanese litterature lover. I love Murakami, Mishima and Sôseki. But I read pretty much anything, i like both fiction and non-fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying abroad one year in Japan. Trekking in the Andes Mountains in Peru. Hiking in Vatnajökull National Park in Iceland. Eating cats and dogs in Vietnam. Drinking tea in Berber Morocco. Fishing piranhas in Ecuador. Seeing Lonesome George on Santa Cruz Island.
