ABOUT ME

Hey there 😊 I've recently quit my job to explore the world. My dream is to eventually travel the Silk Road but for now I'm floating round Eastern Europe. Volunteering in a range of different places to try and learn more about different ways of life - I'm experimenting with living closer to nature in a more simple way.

This past year I've volunteered on an eco-yoga farm in Belarus, an arts and theater project in the forests of Poland, a raw food/ vegan community in Prague and some hostels in Budapest and Albania. Currently I'm spending my time teaching English to refugees in Northern Greece.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling to new places is always exciting but it's the people you meet who make it extra special. I want to meet as many crazy, beautiful people that the world has to offer.

Interests

My yoga practice is really important to me - it's my anchor throughout my travels in this world. I've been vegan for a couple of years and love to experiment with different kinds of cooking. I used to be a teacher and am passionate about finding alternative ways to educate children.

Movies - I love a good thought provoking documentary.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a certified teacher but can teach you a few yoga poses, some tasty vegan dishes and some English language. Maybe you could point me in the direction of a store selling English books near you? I'm always on the lookout for new reading material.
