Hello Everyone,

I am working in New York as an Au Pair. I am from Canada, your friendly neighbor. I am in my 20's, one younger brother, and both parents still married. I graduated from Algonquin College in '17 from Child and Youth Care program. I have and is still working with individuals who have been diagnosed with cognitive, physical and emotional disabilities. Planning on getting my BA as well.
I have been to Vancouver, BC, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Chicago, Cleveland, Ohio, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, California. I would love to travel Europe, everywhere, and Hawaii.
I will treat your house and yourself how I would like to be treated. Respect. I will leave your house the way it was when I visit. I will make sure I clean up after myself. I will not invite people over, excluding traveling companions. I would treat you with respect by following house rules, open communication, and being myself for you to get to know me. My style of traveling would be anything that would not put me or someone else in harms way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was referred by a friend who use the company when she travels around the states. She says she has met many great individuals who open their homes to her. I would like to travel more, however; with finance being a big issue it is hard to find great places to stay at while also wanting to do activities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love books, my favorite author is Karen Rose who writes mysteries and romances. I love all movies. I currently have MOIVEPASS, which helps people see movies at a discount price a month. My favorite tv shows are; Friends, Reba, Fresh Prince of Bel-air, Castle, Rizzoli & Isles, etc... Music: all genres, some heavy metal.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have allergies to hazelnut and has an old fear of animals. I am comfortable around animals to a certain point. I am willing to stay at places and individuals who have pets.
