Hey there! So nice to meet you! I’m a travel-loving Master's in Public Health student based in London, UK. When I’m not studying, I work as a personal trainer—teaching both group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me working out, reading, journaling, spending time outdoors, watching movies, or (most importantly) eating!

I’m endlessly curious and love learning about anything and everything, so if you’re a yapper, we’ll definitely get along 😁. That curiosity extends to food too! I’m open to trying almost anything (and even if I hesitate, it won’t last long - I’ll try everything at least once!).

My twin and I backpacked through eastern Europe this past summer, including an 8 day hike through the mountains of Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo. This was one of the best things I’ve ever experienced - from seeing outlines of the beautiful mountains in the background while we hiked, to meeting both new and experienced campers, to eating canned chili and tuna on a mountain ledge - it couldn’t have been any better. Here’s to many sister adventures with her!

I love staying active and I’m a certified personal trainer, as well as swim coach. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to teach you the basics of fitness - from learning perfect technique, to catering your training to reach your goals!

In terms of learning, I’m excited to try any new sports or activities such as cycling, surfing, skating, etc. I also love learning the history of any culture. If you’re familiar with your home’s history, I could listen to you talk about it all day! If not, let’s explore and learn together. :)
