About Me
Hi everyone,
We are a French couple, mid of 20's, very kind and respectful. We spent 8 months in Australia mainly to "try" to learn English. :) And thanks to that, we lived an amazing adventure, met great people and lived australian life with Woofing, Helpx, Airbnb, Au pair !
Now, our visa expire soon, too soon... That is why, before to leave, we would want to live a different experience and hit Est Coast roads to discover this country.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We will live in our loyal car for 1 month, but to be honest, a little comfort, for just 1 night would be great sometimes :D
Plus, Couchsurfing experience would be the next logical step in our adventure after lived in 5 different Australian family.
This travel is our first, because we never really had "nuts" to move on and make something different, crazy. But, we decided to quit and let everything behind us, even my baby cat :(, and here we are.
Now, we have it, we would want to discover the world, and we understand so much why the traveller community are so helpful and generous. Because travelling is not holidays, and it's not so easy everyday (part of the experience).
And we really discovered this generosity when we spent 3 months to volunteer (Woofing/helpx).
We know that we don't have references and good reviews on this website because we are new in this community. Everything has a beginning :) But, we have 4 reviews from our previous families that we can share with you if you wish.
Music, Movies, and Books
Really easy going, we are enjoying every kind of music.
And if you are a fan of series, movies (or whatever... kind of everything which can be watch on a screen), Fabien would be happy to have a chat with you.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Everything is amazing here.
But the most amazing memory is this family who welcome us for 10 days in their house (woofing concept).
And, now they consider us like being part of their family, as much as we spent Christmas day with them (very significant day for me by the way). We are so grateful and lucky ! We'll definitely stay in touch with them for a long time.
Teach, Learn, Share
Our English is not so good. 1 year is not enough to become bilingual. We should have knew... :)
But, what is the most incredible, and that I know now, is we can share so much even with a barrier language.
And, if you wish, it will be a pleasure to help you to learn a bit french :D
