The long version (Updated Aug. 1st):
I just completed a two month cycle tour through southern Germany and northern Italy. I am going to Amsterdam for one month next! I have made some great friends through Couchsurfing and my faith in humanity is restored (: What a great community!

I'm not just looking for a free couch to crash on. I want to hang out, explore the city, and enjoy some really tasty food together. I'm happy to cook!

Before moving to Europe, I worked in a lot of caregiving roles. I was a preschool teacher, behavioral therapist for kids on the spectrum, and caregiver for disabled people.
