Howdi New Friends!!

Well let's see... I'm pretty outgoing and adventurous; after all, I left my homeland to travel to a country where I didn't know a soul...:) I'm pretty scatterbrained and people wonder how I survive, but I'm pretty sure my friends wouldn't want me to change because I end up having the most interesting stories that keep them all captivated and wanting more! (I do so love telling about a surprising adventure story...I have a ton of them!!)

~ I would love to spend more time camping, cycling, and other outdoor activities while I am here in South Korea. One thing I have really enjoyed while living here is cooking and sharing food styles from my Southern American heritage. Everyone seems to LOVE my chicken and dumplings...Koreans, Peruvians, and Canadians alike!! (I cooked often for the foreign staff I worked with at Avalon English Academy)

I'm a born teacher. I absolutely love it. I love sharing information that I know will improve the quality of life to not only my students, but to everyone I meet. Actually, I'm not happy unless Im sharing with others. Pretty much the key to self-actualization, don't you think?
