I love everyday -- too blessed to be stressed! I will never back out of a new adventure. Adrenaline is a great high to spend your life chasing. I think it is important to be honest with others and my friends/family often refer to me as being a free spirit. I embrace the opportunity to lend a helping hand. The Power of One Should Not Be Overlooked. I love being enlightened by the unique experiences of others. I am always in search of new world knowledge and challenges.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently travelling myself and unfortunatley when I discovered this site a few years ago my roommate prevented me from hosting in our home. Upon returnig to calgary I intend on getting my own place where I can return the favours and begin hosting fellow travellers, I think this website is fantastic and always enjoy touring new people around the beautiful mountains in Banff, AB.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had the pleasure of staying with a host in Hollywood. It was a great experience and a very comfortable little apartment. It was great to meet his group of friends and spend a night on the town.
I have also enjoyed the open communication amongst others when seeking out information for my upcoming travels and in return have replied to their messages alike.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read. I couldn't really pick a favorite book as I have read so much.
Love all types of movies and a good night in to watch one.
I embrace all music and recently learnt guitar so would love to meet others who play and would be interested in a jam session! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Duns River Falls, Jamaica - one of the most beautiful locations I have had the opportunity to visit

Ski Diving, Gananoque, ON - the adrenaline pumping through my veins was unreal and amazing!

Grouse Mountain, Vancouver, BC - I felt a great
success after completing my first hike on a real
mountain (I am from Ontario but since moving to Alberta have completed many many more hikes)

White Water Rafting, Alpine Rafting in Golden, BC - the best rafting in North America and ana amazing team of guides who will make your tour worth while!
