I am a kiwi chick who has undergone the cliche life choice - up and quit my job to head off on the classic OE. I have no idea how long I am heading off for - my plan is to do volunteering with refugees in Greece and Lebanon (their situation is shit and I'm sick of sitting at the bottom of the world, in my safe little bubble, acting as if nothing is happening). After that, it's all up in the air. Travelling is beautiful - the food, the people, the leaping outside of your comfort zones, the landscape... I don't always love it - it's a hard life, but it's always worth it.

I'm pretty relaxed - I LOVE food, a good rooftop/hidden bar, coffee, exploring, reading in a little nook, having a good time....

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I want to meet new people, can't do that easily stuck in a hotel room. I also want to experience how people live and immerse myself in the life. I've enjoyed hosteling, but it's not enough - time to try something different.
