ABOUT ME

I'm sort of nomadic person always wandering from place to place. Most of my time I'm packing! I love crossing new people and discovering the essence of their lives cultures and traditions.I would always be a traveller and never a tourist for that I need to share a place with local people. I love to show people around where I live and my house is often full of foreign friends who visit my country.It's sort of ecstatic pleasure to give hospitality and take care of guests. I like to make it possible that people coming where I live, leave the place fully in love with it. I love cooking and eating, so if you are my guest be prepared to make a culinary tour of Sicilian food,especially sweets, but I promise not to be as insistent as we Sicilians can be.
I'm chocholic.
I'm vey active and love to go to festivals, concerts, theatre, street artists event, just a drink with friends and whatever gives emotional pleasure. And sometimes I need a rest just to sit in silence and rejoin with myself.
Shyness is a part of me appearing from time to time... I am curious but reserved. A bit lazy. I love life coincidences.

PHILOSOPHY

Each person represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host or I go to cs meetings. I 've been hosted as well.
I always talk about cs experience inviting friends and people to join.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Before discovering CS I host a couple of unknown Irish people,
I've hosted and I've taken part to meetings in Palermo and Tunis and Alba.
To be international meeting Turin
I used to help every year to organize Cs camping during Nuove Impressioni festival in Alcamo

The alps and the stunning Monviso from the window of my classroom in Bossolasco.
Driving through the snow and blind fog to go to work in winter.
Surviving in a 600 hundreds inhabitants village in the mountains for two years
The changing of the lanscape on the "langhe", a real symphony of the 4 seasons.
I'm not so adventurous!

I can teach how to survive in Palermo traffic, Sicilian and Italian recipes, how to understand and use Sicilian body language, the pleasure of sharing a smile, an happy moment.
I want to be fully enriched by each meeting.
