ABOUT ME

I love to travel, and this website has helped me so much! I'm a very fun-loving, relaxed type of person and I've found that Couch Surfing has really allowed me to get the most out of my travelling experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Right now my focus in life is to enjoy myself and have tons of fun. I'm a relaxed, easy-going person, and I try my best to avoid or extinguish any drama that comes my way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm planning to travel a lot more now that I've graduated University, so I'm sure I'll be on this thing a lot! If you have any tips for me, or you see something I'm doing completely wrong lol let me know, I'd love to hear it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no couch surfing experience, and have only just heard of this amazing website from friends of mine who have experienced it first hand. I'm going to Europe with two little girls that don't take up much room, so if you have any space at all we'll take it!

Interests

I want to make friends and have exciting conversations; I want to experience the authenticity of the countries I visit; not just the tourism there. I love animals and nature, and would love an opportunity to volunteer in some way in regards to this. I LOVE shopping, eating, and drinking, and I'm up for the beach any day of the week. I love culture and history, and I could go on and on but basically, I'm super chill and just want to have a good time wherever I go.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I'm stuck on Game of Thrones in every way:)

In terms of movies I love psychological thrillers(Hannibal Lector type stuff) and dramas, and I have a weird fascination with movies that give people super powers lol. Stuff like Iron Man and even Harry Potter intrigues me, so I can never get enough of that genre.

I LOVE music; my life would be a paler version of itself if music didn't exist. I'm a big fan of oldies(Beatles, Huey Lewis, Counting Crows) and pretty much anything nostalgic like that.

I'm not incredibly opposed to any genre though, so tell me all about what you like!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love to meet and help animals from other parts of the world. I went to Guayabitos, Mexico with my family a couple years ago and we got in touch with an eco centre that raises turtles from eggs and lets them go on the beach once they hatch. We got to be a part of that experience while we were there and it was absolutely amazing. I would love to do something similar to this again.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure if I have much special knowledge to be given..I've played piano for years so I'd love to share some knowledge about that. I'm learning french, but I get the feeling I'll be taking in more than I give out for that one.

I'm willing to share any knowledge that I do have, but honestly I see this being more of a learning experience.
