ABOUT ME

I love to explore and I like people. I can get along with anybody who gives me a chance. I can be shy or seem subdued but I promise I'm not being rude or snooty!

I'm pretty laid back and am up for anything. I never say 'no' without a real excuse. This can get me into tricky situations and double bookings, but I'm learning !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We will at some point be able to host folks. Until then, I'm certainly happy to meet up or give a tour in London.

I'll also be happy to give any advice on Paris or Cardiff.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wonderful times with wonderful people. I have always offered a place to sleep to friends and friends of friends passing through, setting up or moving out.

Interests

Exploring, linguistics, languages, summer camp, trying to understand cultures, cooking and eating (vegetarian - and with limited success), beer and wine, reading, movies, games... I would be up for just about anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like films, especially if I don't have a clue what they're about before I watch them.

I love music, but I am a disappointing musician. I can read music, and played piano and brass instruments, but I just don't think that I have the talent. I love singing, though no one else loves it when I do!

I read a lot. My boyfriend and I are getting through the entire French comic (BD) section in the Antwerp library system. There aren't many left! One day, I will write a book. I just need a nice idea.
