ABOUT ME

We are in the process of turning this profile into a joint profile of me and my wife, but I'm a lazy ass, so I don't know when it's going to happen. Almost everything here is what I've written about myself. You can check her individual profile here: DiverGal
My personality depends on my mood; when I'm feeling good, I'm fucking awesome!!! Cheerful, social, outgoing, energetic, curious, crazy, stupid and fun. When I'm not feeling good though, I'm silent, introspective, serious and downright boring.

I haven't yet figured out what exactly my mood depends on, because sometimes it swings without any apparent reason, but good friends and alcohol lift it up (yes I'm an alcoholic and I won't like you if you don't drink even just a glass of something to connect the circle). Just give me a couple of tequila or jager shots if you think I'm losing it.

I don't like hosting or surfing when I'm feeling down, so you will probably not see my other side. Oh fuck, even I can't stand myself when I'm like that.

Anyways (this is a deliberate mistake to piss off a grammar nazi, now move on), whatever my mood is, I'm always nice and considerate, with a touch of sarcasm, obscenity and profanity.

Oh, and most important of all, I hate religion and politics; I will kick you in the nuts or slap you in the face if you dare talk too much about these. 10 minutes is too much, 11th minute you'll be looking up the barrell of my shotgun, I mean it!

Favorite Books: Thrillers, detective novels in general. I can read pretty much anything as long as it's written good and has something to teach. My favorite books are Improbable by Fawer, Kite Runner by Hosseini and Momo by Ende.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Came across two small sharks when diving without a cage
- Swam together with a big caretta caretta for 20 mins
- Watched a Metallica concert in Snake Pit in 1993
- Fell so deeply in love that I lost all my reasoning
- Got married (still no reasoning, but extremely happy)
- Got divorced (brain functions returned to normal :)
- Quit my six figure job without finding a new one (and I'm still claiming that my brain functions returned to normal)
- Watched two pairs of cormorants sing and dance in the sky in harmony at the top of Chunuk Bair with a dear friend on a very tranquil day, and heard the sound of their wings from hundreds of meters.
- Fell so deeply in love and got married again (I never learn from my mistakes)
- Quit another six figure job without finding a new job again (told ya!)

I can teach Turkish (basic), how to play the guitar (intermediate), how to ride a snowboard (basic), card games, back-gammon (probability theory is a prerequisite for card games and back-gammon :) and some boring stuff like statistics, finance etc.

It would be great if somebody could teach me how to express emotions by facial gestures, I'm very bad at that except when I'm drunk.
