ABOUT ME

I love cooking, travel, yoga and the outdoors (if you host me, I can cook for you, or teach you about yoga or go hiking/climbing/paddling with you!).
I love talking to people about their life experiences and having adventures. I also love learning about new things but especially psychology, yoga, philosophy and all aspects of our food system.

PHILOSOPHY

I see life as an experiment and the world as a classroom. I endeavor to approach my experiment in this classroom consciously, respectfully and enthusiastically.

Books: I like Books (I am generally reading upwards of 10 books at a time - this can be troublesome)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled the coast of Bali by motorbike stopping in magical rice fields and jungle temples
