About Me
CURRENT MISSION
So far I have visited 47 countries. I want to reach 100 and be a member of Traveler's Century Club.
ABOUT ME
Hi there,
A friend of mine has hosted a German couple here in Istanbul thru this organization and that way I've heard of this place and decided to be a part of it. I work at Turkish Airlines so have the perk to travel often. So far I've seen 47 countries and decisive to increase the number. In fact, the number could have been much higher but I have the habit of visiting one country repetitive times.
As long as sane and responsible, I can host one person (I'm sorry, don't have the place for a couple - yet). You can reach me at alikaracalar2@yahoo.com. Wishing all the travelers all the best out of this life.
PHILOSOPHY
Just be the best version of yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to participate by hosting travelers all around the world and introducing them to my hometown and to my culture.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I was a host of great people from Athens, Greece and Wellington, New Zealand. As my home is on the not-really-touristic Asian side of Istanbul, I have not hosted anyone yet. As it is the residential area, CSers are preferring the Europe side, which is the more touristy part of the city.
Interests
I love traveling, biking and swimming.
